This is the original rear deck lid. It has been modified to hide under the hardtop. I believe it has also been modified to try and make a softop fit . This modification was done by the first owner . That has been documented from Bill Patterson. The deck lid stil has the original paint in some areas, as well as a copper red flocking on the insert panels. Pretty cool ! Notice the hole for the anchoring of the hardtop. The original soft top holes have been glassed in, indicating that it may have had a soft top when it was pulled from the assembly line.
